Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frax ("Frax", "we", "us"), a customer-relationship platform built for fractional operators. By creating an account or using Frax, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Frax. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The first 500 verified accounts receive a lifetime license to Frax at no cost. The license covers all current and future features Frax ships under the standard product. The license is personal, non-transferable, and tied to your account. We reserve the right to revoke any license used in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to: (a) use Frax for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure; (c) reverse engineer the platform; (d) resell or sublicense Frax to third parties; or (e) use Frax to send unsolicited communications.

You own the data you put into Frax. We process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details. You may export or delete your data at any time from account settings.

We work hard to keep Frax available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated when practical.

Frax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frax's total liability arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to Frax in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
